Shred Thread Lacrosse is excited to introduce The Gulf State Elite Lacrosse Club in Birmingham, AL.

GSE is a competitive travel program comprised of twenty-two players from the greater Birmingham area. These players are interested in competing during the fall in an intense skill & situational development platform.  All players will be pushed to perform with a focus on the skill development, communication, teamwork and situational recognition. Fall season training will progress into summer travel programs for 2025 and beyond. Players invited are within the greater Birmigham lacrosse community.  Serious players focused on growing their game are welcome in this competitive & developmental focused program!

 Cost includes: 10 practice sessions, reversible jersey, discounted membership to join Shred Thread National Fall Teams, and optional attendance at Fall Showcase!

 **College coach ran practices!!  Practice plans will be shared with players and families on Wednesdays.  There will be a build up with understanding the principles of transition offense and defense, full field rides and clears, 6 v 6 offense and defensive principles.  Specific position instruction including Faceoff and GK's will be included during and outside of drill sessions.**
